1. Measure your band: Wrap a measuring tape directly below your breasts (at rib cage), parallel to the floor, firmly tightened, take a deep breath, release, and write down that measurement. If the measurement is an odd number, round up to the nearest even number to determine your band size.
Example: Measured 31" - round up to 32". BAND SIZE IS 32.
2. Measure your Full bust: Wearing a non padded bra, wrap the measuring tape across the fullest part of your breasts. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor and close to your body to get your measurement.
Example: Full Bust = 35”
3. Determine your cup size: Subtract your initial underband measurement from your full bust measurement to determine your CUP size. Each inch equals a cup size, so 1”=A, 2”=B, 3”=C, 4”=D, 5"= DD
Example: 31" underband - Full bust 35" = 4" difference = D cup.
4. Your Bra size is: 32D / Knix Bra size 4 & Knix Alpha bra size S
