Our Cotton Modal is a fabric blend made up of naturally breathable cotton and super soft modal. Modal is an eco-friendly fabric made from regenerative plants, produced using less water and fewer chemicals, with properties very similar to cotton. Our other Leakproof and Super Leakproof Underwear are made with synthetic fabrics and are totally seamless, whereas our Cotton Model underwear have some minor stitching.

If you’re finding your Leakproof Underwear snug at first, that’s normal. We encourage our customers to wear and wash their Knix as much as possible in the first 30 days after delivery. The patented fabric is designed to mold to your unique shape, which is why it may feel so tight and give an odd shape at first.
