What to Expect from your Virtual Appointment

  • If you’re interested in a bra fitting, we recommend wearing a non-padded bra and fitted shirt. You can absolutely keep your shirt on! You will also need a soft measuring tape, or alternatively, a piece of string/cord and a ruler/tape measure.
  • You will be meeting on a video call with a Knix Product Expert. Virtual Appointments are not recorded and can be done with the camera on or off - whatever you’re most comfortable with.
  • Since we use Google Meet for the appointment, it can take a couple of moments to set it up, so please allow some extra time for that. The meeting link will be sent in your booking confirmation email. Remember to click ‘Join Now’ to enter the call!
  • At the end of your fitting, you will receive a personalized email with your favorite items and size recommendations. If you have any other questions, please reach us at virtualfittings@knix.com

Virtual Fittings FAQs

For the best results, bring a soft measuring tape. Don’t have one? All good! A ribbon or string and tape measure or ruler can work just as well.

You can totally keep your clothes on! We suggest you wear an unpadded bra with a fitted shirt over top to get the most accurate measurements.

Yes! All our fit experts know about both and can answer any questions you have.

Of course! Our Product Experts can help you with “virtually” anything. You can learn about all our products at your appointment and ask any questions related to fit, proper use, and product features.

We host our Virtual Appointments with a video conference app called Google Meet. In your confirmation and reminder emails, there will be a link to the Google Meet. When it's time for your appointment, you can join the meeting by clicking the link, then clicking the green "Join" button. If you’re not signed into a Google or Gmail account, you may have to enter your name to be admitted to the virtual meeting room by the Product Expert.

We’ve found that video conferencing works best on a computer or laptop but you can also use a tablet or phone. If you use a phone, you will need to download the Google Meet app. It can take a few moments to set this up, so please allow some extra time to complete that prior to your appointment. Once you're all set up, remember to click the green "Join" button!

Please note that you will need to login to a Gmail or Google account to use the Google Meet mobile app. If you do not have a Google / Gmail account, you can join the meeting using a web browser on a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.
